I think that the Retail Clinics are a way to go. The NPHs and PAs of the country can expand to meet the need for patient entry into the medical system. Combine this with the ACOs and I think that may be a winning combination. I remember going to a clinic and waiting no more than about 15 minutes to be seen and was out of there in under an hour with extra vaccinations at with a cost of about $90. I am of the conviction that primary cost shouldn't be at its current price point. I think these adjustments should drive that cost down as well.
